Here is the beginnings of a K-12 collection of interactive math sites on the Internet.
My "Math for Elementary Teachers" college students scoured the Internet looking for good resources for the grades that they would be teaching.  The students tried to focus on finding truly interactive and fun games to use in the classroom.  Their contributions are the beginning of a (hopefully) growing web of sites with short descriptions that they can now reference for the classes that they are preparing to teach.  The students really enjoyed finding sites and many admitted to using some (or getting sucked in to playing a game) to practice some of their basic skills.  Interestingly, there were hardly any repeated websites on their top-three lists.

Many of the upper-level K-12 math topics are taught as developmental math at community colleges, and freshman-level math at colleges (in case you're wondering how this relates to TeachingCollegeMath).

Be forewarned: Many of the sites require Java,  Flash, or Shockwave to play the games.
