MAA Career Profiles  It appears that these have not been updated in a while, but these are good profiles of selected persons who use mathematics in their careers.  From the website: "The authors of these essays describe a wide variety of careers for which a background in the mathematical sciences is useful. They provide practical answers to the question: "Why should I study math?"
