Statistics

DASL: This is a great website that I came across that has a library of data and related scenarios. Can be accessed by data subject or method of analysis used (i.e., MANOVA, etc).  The website is pronounced "dazzle" and it does! (submitted by Diane Krasnewich, Muskegon Community College, June 2007)

StatPages.net: This is a site that contains over 600 links to sites that perform statistical calculations.  This is a great resource for instructors. Follow the links in the Table of Contents to reach more links.  The TOC is sorted by topic already.

NationMaster and StateMaster are huge data sources that compare various demographic and economic data amongst nations or states.  You can generate graphs in a couple clicks by choosing topics from menus (all using real data).  Need a pie chart or a bar graph for your next algebra test?  Try it out - this is way cool and so easy to use!

Causeweb has a collection of almost 600 lecture examples for statistics, contributed from all over the country.  They also have more than 200 databases that could be used for statistics.
